Terms of service

Shipping in Ontario, and Quebec, is a flat rate of $9.99. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, and are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. The average delivery time is 1-3 business days, once the order has been shipped. Includes a tracking number, and insurance up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased by request. Shipping in other provinces are $11.99- $12.99, and takes 4- 6 business days to arrive.

Lettermail shipping is available for very small, flat items, such as fake tail bags. Please note this option does not include tracking, or insurance, and is at the buyers own risk.

Local pickup is available in Oshawa, Ontario. Please choose the free local pickup option at checkout. Will be emailed the address for pick up, once order has been placed.

At this time we only offer shipping within Canada, and the USA. 

If a parcel is refused, and returned to sender,  the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the item, or if the order is cancelled a 10% restocking fee will apply.
